What actually takes the time

One real lesson from the sites this kit was extracted from, documented in the kit's own operator's notes: one property shipped with real engineering — authentication, a database, an AI-powered advisor — and generated effectively no affiliate revenue in its first several months. In the same window, three much simpler static sites, with none of that, generated real if modest revenue. Engineering complexity didn't correlate with the number that mattered.
